Easy Rider Progress diary
Just figured I would share the process on this illo. I think this is just the very start of the concept, hopefully extending to a larger jungle scene.
Step 1.
Blocking out the initial shapes of the characters, get some refs and go to work. Its basically a guideline of where to go, no details just silhouettes

here is a wireframe view of that.

Step 2-a bunch
many layers later, details and colors of the giraffe, and then blocking in the cycle thingamajig thats going along with it.

Step 3
detailing the smaller character in the scene and fitting him on to the bike

Step 4.
Adding details, shading, and coloring the bike.

Here it is with a temporary background, while I figure out who else is going in the scene and where it will go. Dimensions are not set yet, this is just a placeholder.
Thanks for looking!
